Looks like a well built sub but I am not sure if it would work well for Infinite baffle applications. The Qts in under .4. Usually a good IB candidate has a Qts of .6 or higher. With a Qts in the mid .3 it might get a little sloppy going IB.

With a Qts in the mid .3 it might get a little sloppy going IB. An IB with a 'Q' of .3 would be overdamped. That's the opposite of loose/sloppy. A Q of .5 is what's called critically damped, and a good target to shoot for...

Oops. Good thing I joined. I come in from the car audio world where you are taught to avoid any low Qts woofer for Ib. No one ever really elaborated as to why. We all know what happens to a high Qts sub in a sealed and ported encloser. We all know the SQ benefits of a low Qts woofer in those enclosers as well. IB still a mystery to many.
