Ok, there are a few different Behringer EQ's, which do I get. I want something that when I boost or cut down low (~20hz) it gets the really low frequencies boosted also. (Shelf filter I think it's called ) For reference, I am using 4xMJ18's in a line-array and planning on a Behringer EP2400

A quasi shelving filter can be created using either of the BFD's. Doing that takes a lot of filters and probably isn't necessary since a wide filter at 20Hz will come close to doing the same thing.
The DEQ2496 has preconfigured shelving filters. Choose the frequency, and the slope, 6/12dB and dial it in.
It's a good idea to be careful doing this, unless one had tons of displacement available as it becomes easier and easier to bottom the drivers when boosting really low.

Thomas,
I looking at which model to get and I like the idea of the Ultracurve PRO DEQ2496, as I only need it and a microphone. If I understand correctly, that is.
Do you have any experience with this model? Would it be easier to use than the other models and a PC? I have zero experience with such things and I'd like something that is fairly easy to use and is effective.

Yes I have a DEQ2496 and yes all one needs to do is add a mic.
They're nice for a stand-alone unit. It's measurement limitations are of course the 1/6th octave resolution and the inability to see frequencies lower than 20Hz.
They're a bit tricky to program simply because of the unit is so flexible.
My guess is that the learning curve for the DEQ2496 is about the same as that for learning to use a software program with a PC.

IS the popular 1124P able to see/alter frequencies lower than 20, or is this a limitation in all of their models?
Lastly, I think I saw in another thread where you stated that some sort of octave resolution or shelf (I have no idea what a shelf is other than the ones that hold books) could be undesirable due to it rasing the QTS. What if you had Mark's new 18's which have a QTS of .36? Would it not be desirable to raise that some?
