This is the new THX certified dvd trailer, pretty similar to the broadway 2000 with intense 19hz and 38hz tones. I guess this is the "if you can't cut the mustard at 19hz you can lick the jar at 38hz" school of sound design

So are we looking at the Red/Yellow areas on both graphs to see where the intense stuff is?
If so, it looks like there is some decent stuff down to 20hz in this movie.
If the green is low volume, it looks like there is a little sound information down to 10hz but really not below that point. Am I correct?

It's all relative. If there is "yellow" deep bass in the 10-20hz range but at the same time there is dark red or pink at a higher frequency you probably won't hear it. The further to the right the colors are the more prominent in general but there are exceptions. See the Rundown graph where it's mainly quiet except for some yellow between 6-19hz. Normally that would be masked by higher bass but that scene is relatively quiet enough that you can hear/feel it.
