Newbie question, is this idea any good?

Hi guys! I'm new here, and also completly new with IB.
I'm considering IB in the back of my hometheather but I'm not quite sure if my idea is any good or if it will work as hoped.
This is the back of my room and the only IB option I have is to cut threw one of the sidewalls:

Would it be possible/any good to build a box (or two) similar to this:
But instead of haveing it firing threw the floor I will have it threw the sidewall. The sidewalls are made of 0,5" MDF -> isolation -> 0,5"MDF. I have to have the woofers in the HT room, I can not use the room next door for this since it's also a guestroom
If I do it, the woofers will be 4 (or 8) AE IB15 powered by a Crown K2.
