the mains will be against the rear (north) wall, facing south
the listening position will be in the middle of the room, facing north
the IB will be in the ceiling above and between the main speakers, slightly to the south/further into the room/ closer to the LP to allow for the height differential.
what i mean is the IB would be on the same baseline as the main speakers, but a bit further into the room and closer to the LP to allow for the fact that the main speakers are on the same horizontal plain as the listener, but the IB will be much higher, and so will need to be further into the room to keep the same distance from ear level as the mains
so the mains will be either side of the IB, the IB exactly in the middle and forward into the room a bit

Now the high end drivers are no longer an option you have to make a new choice. You can probably achieve similar quality by increasing the numbers of "inferior" drivers. The lack of cone movement from multiple drivers is of great benefit in my humble opinion.
In case you did not already know this the middle of the room is the absolute worst place to sit to enjoy music. This position normally enjoys serious nulls in the bass.
Your pocket should run to the loan of a serious subwoofer from a suitable local dealer for the weekend to check the best situation for your IB manifold. Get some help to lift it onto scaffolding or two pairs of tall stepladders and planks. Do not install your manifold until you are absolutely certain where you want it. May we assume you are already familiar with REW software?
