I am in the process of building my theater room. I am at the point of running all of my cables and am trying to find out the best way to connect to the amplifier. I'm using a Beringer EP 2500 and a Denon 2805. I would like to use th LFE from the receiver but am not sure how to do this if the amp has no LFE input. Also does it make more since to put the amp close to the subs. (4 PE IB15's) in back of the wall and run a long interconnect or should I put the amp with the rest of the components in the rack and run long speaker wire.

Yeap put the amp close to the speakers, that keeps the fan noise away. Run a long shielded IC from the receiver to the power amp, then use short speaker wires. The amp doesn't 'know' what kind of signal is being sent (LFE or any other channel) and if you don't tell it everything will be okay ......
