Hi,
I am planning on building IB system, primarily for audio listening, occasionally will be used in HT. Will be front array, central mounted between main speakers and will be placed horizontally very near the floor line (under the wall-hang cabinet). I was thinking to start with two AE-IB15" drivers, but make space ready to add additional two later, if necessary. Since this is a first such a project for me and was hoping to keep everything simple was looking in to using PE HPSA 500 or 1000 plate amp with parametric EQ. Does anyone have experience with similar set-up and is the parametric EQ on this amp flexible enough to adjust the sound.

A single band of parametric EQ is just enough to get you really mad, when you realize you're going to need 4 or more bands to get your sub properly setup. That's why we recommend everyone get a Behringer DSP1124P while it's still available for $99

Thanks a lot for really quick advise. If I get Behringer DSP1124P would I be able to use just a simple power amp; was thinking of Hypex UCD 400 or 700 modules?
