I have found that you can buy a 'B' stock Behringer Ep2500 power amplifier for $199.99 at audiolines.com. They seem reputable. I called them and talked to them. I also ordered one for myself. So if you need an amp, this is a good price.

Wow, that is a great price on this amp! I just bought one last week on Ebay for $255 shipped, and that was the cheapest one had gone for in all the completed auctions. Wish I would have waited now! Also, it looks like their shipping is very reasonable. $26 to Oklahoma. Speaking of amps, does anybody want to buy my Nady XA900 that I just replaced with this EP2500?

www.djforums.com/showthread.php?t=88101 this thread has a 10% discount for its members (at djforums). It may be worth a register and use of the code. Did you ask any questions regarding what condition the "b" stock amplifier is in? what did they say? thanks, dan

Well, I pulled the trigger. $208.52 shipped to Dallas area.
From their website, B-stock is "a term that manufacturers use for some of their stock.
Generally, B-Stock items may have been used by a manufacturer at a factory demo, trade show, or similar use. These items look and function like new.
These items have full warranty.
Due to the incredible deals we offer for these items, they move quickly and are not gauranteed [sic] in stock."
Fingers Crossed after reading on the DJForums.com website. Mike

I ended up getting my EP2500 today. They didn't have any more "b" stock but I ended up with a good price on a new one!
I've seen at audiolines that you can "negotiate your price. Make an offer". This may be worth a try.
shipping was very good and packaging was in the original Behringer double box. I've still got to give it a test though!

Sounds a bit like a bait and switch!

Sounds a bit like a bait and switch! It would be a logical assumption that there would be a limited number of the b-stock units. Particularily since this information was posted on more than one forum, and some of those posting here bought more than one amp.

I suppose that's true Thomas, but I'm forever the pessimist.

My .02 Cents, I recently purchased 2 ep2500 and DCX2496, semi shady company, I do not have them in my hands yet as I will get them over spring break (senior in college) but had a friend pick them up as he is around the area. Quote from him,"you better have gotten a good deal from them" unheated warehouse didn't have the DCX even though I had purchased it over the phone the day before, etc. They might have had B-Stock, might have not, didn't get a straight answer but said that is what I want but finally got a good enough deal on 'new' that I said o.k. $229 (after price was dropped twice) for each Behringer and $200 for the DCX. They are now shipping the DCX when they get it to me for free(hope that goes without a hitch...). If this goes without a hitch I will be a happy customer as stated, my .02 cents

I'm pleased they appear new to me, bought two 'new' ep2500s and one DCX, at what would seem to be a VERY good price. Would I do business again, more the likely if I could get as good a deal as I did my first purchase from them. The DCX took two weeks to arrive but for the price I guess I cannot complain. -
