Hey Thomas,
Have you had a chance to audition your amps for full range listening yet? I don't know much about critical listening. But just for fun I hooked up an old analog 2 channel Harmon Kardon receiver pre-outs to my Face 1200TS. Pretty impressive for a pro sound amp.
I bought this amp for my future IB manifold system. Looking forward to finally get going on this project. Regards.

I moved the IB amp to power the mains last week. The sound was quite transparent but the top end was to 'hot'. This one amp acts a little weird so it may go back for service. The other amp was just put in service when the other one came out, so it has very few hours on it. I prefer several hundred hours on a sound state power amp before doing any critical listening.

Thanks Thomas,
"The sound was quite transparent but the top end was too 'hot'."
Sorry about the silly question but by 'hot' do you mean the treble sounds a little too bright?

I'd characterize mine as just the opposite. Compared to my Hypex amps they are laid back a touch.
