I've been running my IB for well over a year now, and I'm utterly thrilled with it. I've been considring buying a new 50" plasma which would require that I move my IB from one location to another. Currently it's in a line array to the right of my tv. If I go to a larger display, I'll have to move it under the display, which will centralize it in relation to all other speakers (a good thing if I'm not mistaken). Response is okay from this spot, not the best but I can probably EQ out of any issues. My concern is that in this location, I will most likely have to run some audio/video cables in close proximaty to the AV 18's magnts. (Close being about 6"-8") And I'm concerned about magnetic interferance. Are those concerns justified?
Thanks

When it comes to magnetic interference 6-8 inches is really not that close.
A/V cables will not be affected by a magnetic field.

Great, thanks Brady. I didn't think it would be an issue, but I wasn't sure, and I wanted to double check before I go ripping everything up...again!! I most likely won't tear everything down until next spring, but I would like to start on my new audio cabinets and IB manifold in the meantime.
Thanks Again!

It won't be a problem with the audio signal. If there is an issue for the video signal, stuff the cables through a piece of metal electrical conduit.
