Some of you may have a lot of equipment, and that means lots of remotes. Logitech and a few other have truly solved this problem with computer programable universal remotes, in sleek, modern designs. I have owned a logitech harmony 880 for a year or so and loved it. Then I guess it hit the floor for the last time as the screen went blank, still operable(and I knew the layout blindfolded by then, so I soldiered on) The 880 did have some issues, the button layout vacuumed but it was better then anything else(phillips pronto is debatable) Some time recently logitech came out with the Harmony One, a very bold name indeed. Oh and what a sexy looking remote, who knew the 880 was so ugly. I recently obtained about $150 in amazon gift certificates, I decided to upgrade! ;D Not only are the buttons right, they added a touch screen too. It even replicates the TiVo peanut remote very well, something the 880 failed at. Basically its perfect, it feels like something apple would design. Even the packaging is impressive. If you have to many remotes and need a solution, GET the Harmony One.
