Partition in box needed?

After much help here I built a recatangular manifold for 4 Fi 318's but only put 2 in it. I of course sealed the extra 2 holes but also put a partition in the middle.

I noticed yesterday I am getting some slight vibration (resonating?) from the partition. Is this partition needed? Should I just take it out or go up there and seal it again to get rid of the vibration?

The partition should remain, you don't want sound bouncing around in the unused area of the manifold.

I wouldn't worry to much about the partition having a little vibration.
