I'm a Mac guy. Any experience with this FuzzMeasure?
Is there an alternative for me (switching to PC is not one!)?

It's a great measurement program. I have a some experience with it but certainly can't be considered a tutor.
Fuzzmeasure isn't as intuitive as Room EQ Wizard, but it is a much more powerful measurement tool (if that's what you need).
If you're just looking and haven't already bought Fuzzmeasure, download the freeware version of REW supposedly it now runs on a Mac

Yes, I noticed the REW is supposed to run on Mac Any users that can comment, on REW running on Mac?
Meanwhile, I'll give REW a try soon with the download...I have bought a mic and pre-amp, so far.
Thanks, ThomasW

I've used it on a mac (original macbook). The first time, everything worked as planned. The second time, I knew the measurements were way off, but I could never figure out why; Probaby user error. There's a guide for all the settings on some forum; I can't remember where I found it. Just do a google search for "Room EQ Wizard" and "Mac" or "Macbook" and it should turn up. Mind you, they recently came out with a later version of REW, version 5. I used the older version, so I can't speak for the newest build.
