Fellow Cult Members,
I am currently building out a dual manifold 4 IB318 IB with he manifolds on opposite sides of the front of the room.
My current head unit is a Denon 2807 which has Audyssey MultEQ. I use it currently and am pleased with the results. However, it will not support multiple subs and lack the most resent software for sub woofers.
What I am considering is adding a Audyssey Sub EQ. From what I have been reading, it does a remarkable job with 2 subs. Does anyone have a Audyssey Sub EQ? Any thoughts on the subject.
If not a Audyssey Sub EQ, what would you suggest to manage both IB subs? Behringer FBQ2496?
Thank you,
Michael

Thanks FOH, did not see this the first round. Sounds like the couple who comment endorse it. Will you be using one in your new build, BTW?

Don't know much about the Audyssey MultEQ, have seen a few posts over the years where people have had issues with it and subs. Also others have had issues with the Audyssey not playing nice with the Behringer EQ. The solution was leave the Behringer off, let the Audyssey do it's thing, then manually go in and set up the Behringer.
The FBQ2496 has two separate channels, it will provide separate EQ settings for each channel.

Michael My intentions were to use some form of dual channel, time and frequency EQ eventually. My current system doesn't have any Audyessy features, and they do have PrePros and AVRs that can handle 2 channels, in addition to the outboard unit. I'm going to proceed in phases, I'll likely build one manifold, check the room response and procced accordingly. We'll see.
