speaker selection

Given that I am "infinitely baffled" I am beginning my project. First a question regarding driver selection.
A Dayton Audio 15" TIT40 - $234 - Fs 24 hz, Xmax - 20 mm
or
TC Sounds 15" LMS-R, Fs 24 Hz, Xmax - 29mm ($433).
Wanting to save money - and we are talking about a $400 swing. Though I have to admit that the TC looks like a superior speaker in all that matters.
My projected IB system will consist of two speakers - each a 15".
Medium sized room.
