placement of the manifold

Hello all,
I am in the research stage for my IB Sub project and home theater project. I have some questions, I would like to ask the forum. First I would like to mention about my room size:
It is 18 feet wide (but there is only 13 feet wide wall that i can use to place the speakers), 30 feet long, and 8 feet height
About 2 feet of the 13'-wall at the center, there is a opening for attic ladder. There opening is about 2 feet wide and 4 feet long. The ladder will be relocated. Can I place the manifold at the opening? The screen will be on the 13' wide wall. I will have klipschorn at the front speakers.
How many 15" drivers should i have for this room?
