Hello IB members I have a broad understanding of the IB sub bass being fitted in the room into a false wall or below or above the room with manifold vents and the sub bass drivers being positioned fitted to the outside the box. I have two extra JBL 15" sub bass drivers that like to put some use. My room is 15' length 9' 2" width in the middle to front of room 10' 8" width at back of the room Height 7'8" What is the best placement for the IB sub manifold vents be positioned at. Please mark on the diagram or leave a comment. Can anyone provide some affordable additional parts to be used for the project with name of part and link if any. I like to start sometime soon but not in hurry or rush to do it. Cheers all.

The bulk of the info need to design build and install an IB sub is contained in our two part FAQ.
We're happy to answer questions that the FAQ doesn't cover

Several people have installed the drivers in a door. Below is one example from our photo gallery pages.

can it be built to up and running in a day? That's entirely up to you, your work ethic and if you have some friends to assist. Generally speaking a weekend is a more realistic time frame provided one has all the materials needed and there are no hiccups along the way
