The FAQ and other links seen at the tops of these pages have been taken down by Comcast.
Fortunately the data isn't lost as I have multiple backups.
The only downside is that Robots.txts have been placed on each URL so none of the pages can be accessed via the Wayback machine.
As time permits I'll get a new hosting service and upload the pages.
The links have been fixed using ones from the Wayback Machine, so be patient since they'll load slowly.
When I get a new hosting service I'll update the links
