Hi, As part of my build for a hovereze motion platform, I can either get 3 dual-coil 2 ohm drivers, or a pair of these & a single dual-coil 4 ohm (Fosgate R2DS4). Would I be better with the 1st config, or if one of the 3 drivers was a dual-coil 4 ohm, how can I calculate the amp load? I am running from a mono channel on an old Cinepro amp (3k6 mkIII), this seems to have plenty juice. Ideally need to get to 4 ohm or above.... I would ideally have gone for 3 dual-coil 4 ohms, but these are hard to find (UK) atm. Hope this makes sense, & many thanks in anticipation

The only way to wire 3 drivers on one channel of an amp is either all in parallel or all in series.
You really need different drivers are more channels of amplification

Hi, yes, I thought that might be the case, but thanks!
