How long have you had it up and running? I seem to remember a discussion on wiring 3 drivers that you were involved in. How did you end up doing it? Carl

worked out great. I just bridged the EP 2500 and used the below diagram. The amp does get warm with that load using it without a fan, so looks like I am going to need to puchase a better fan. I am messing with Room EQ Wizard now. That software is nifty!!!!

WHOA, my memory is a little foggy at times, but aren't the AV 18's dual 2 Ohm drivers? The diagram you show has dual 4 Ohm drivers. If that's the case, wouldn't your amp be pushing less than a 1.5 Ohm load? No wonder it's getting hot. Someone step in here and correct me if I'm wrong. Carl

The Ave 18"s have 2-2 ohm VC's. So if that wiring diagram is how the driver are wired, the load on the amp is 1.3 ohms, and that's not a good thing

woops, that is not how I wired it. I wired it for a 12 ohm load.

You could get a 3ohm load... Wire the 2 voice coils of each speaker in Parallel (1 Ohm), then connect all 3 speakers in series... woops, that is not how I wired it. I wired it for a 12 ohm load.
