Thomas... I've tried several times to figure out how to shrink and retitle links to other sites (including searches on this website). For example... change "check out www dot (insert) dot com" to "check out this" The idea is to make it so when you click on this it links to the previously mentioned website. Thanks!!!!!! BTW... you may want to make this a sticky... or not. edit by moderator to show options so you can use the 'modify' button to see the code for doing the hyperlink Hyperlink to wwwdot(insert dot) com

What you are describing is the creation of a hyperlink. I don't believe the site supports HTML so the TinyUrl Thomas suggests shortens the hyperlink but I don't believe it allows you to create a true hyperlink.
A true hyperlink is <a href=www.blah.com>Visit Blah</a> and you only see "Visit Blah" and it takes you to Blah.com when clicked. Some sites allow it through different means but I haven't seen those options enabled here...just standard link text that is processed into a hyperlink dynamically.
