I have 2 elemental designs 15k subwoofers, I have ~ 200 watts per sub, I want to be efficient wih my wattage, and reach xmax w/ a little amount of power. The real question regards how big to make a baffle for my subs becuse i have no attic or basement to to fire my rear waves into. how do i calculate how large to make my baffle for these drivers?

I'm sorry but I really have no idea what you're asking......
If you want information about building a dipole sub you should reference the Linkwitz Lab website.
If you're asking about a standard sealed box sub, that's not something we deal with, since there are numerous DIY forums available for that kind of project.

edesignaudio.com/product.php?cid=1&cur=USDI see a 13K and a 16K, but not a 15K on their site. I may be wrong, but I believe that to equate an IB with a sealed box, you would need to build a box that was 10X the summed VAS of your drivers. So using the 16K as an example: 2 drivers x 329 VAS x 10 = 6580 Liters. The 16K says right in its description that it is not suitable for IB applications though. Is this correct Thomas?

Building a 10X Vas box is a pretty impractical for most people. 4X should do the job if that's what he's talking about.

Start by using this program www.tolvan.com/edge/Then spend time at the Linkwitz website, Siegfried is the master of dipole. Note that dipole subs aren't very realistic since the output drops like a rock below 40Hz. And A pair of drivers won't be able to handle enough EQ in most instances.

Checkout out my dual Avalanche 18 dipoles ibsubwoofers.proboards51.com/index.cgi?board=projects&action=display&thread=1127102620Even with these huge drivers the dipole idea is pretty limited. At best I can hit ~105db peaks and I had to use some careful highpass filtering to keep the drivers safe from overexcursion. It has a very natural sound but sustained bass notes seem to get cancelled to a degree so you get a great sound on dynamic bass notes and very little on anything that has sustain. You can't beat science.
